We understand that you enjoy making your own salad dressing once in a while, and we wanted to offer an organic choice.
Our Olive Oil is produced in Tunisia and is extra-virgin, which is considered the finest and fruitiest of the olive oils.
Our Balsamic Vinegar is from Modena, Italy. The name comes from the Italian world for "balm" referring to the smooth, mellow character of this unique vinegar. Made from unfermented grape juice, it is then aged in wooden casks.
There are so many other uses for both vinegar and oil in cooking. When you want to get more creative try a classic Modena dish which pairs sliced strawberries and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle fresh strawberries with our high-quality balsamic vinegar and leave to mellow for 30 minutes before serving. A few drops of balsamic vinegar used to deglaze pan-fried meat, can transform an ordinary dish into something special. If a dish lacks pizzazz and tastes "flat," try stirring in 1 or 2 teaspoons of the vinegar. We’re sure you'll find lots of uses for this wonderful product.
Olive oil, too, has many uses besides the traditional oil and vinegar dressing. Ours is wonderful for dipping or grilling bread, drizzling over ripe, red tomatoes when in season, added to a hot vegetable soup just before serving, using with pasta sauces, sautéing vegetables, cooking meats, making fresh mayonnaise, pesto, hummus, and so many other dishes. This is one product that will be become a daily staple for you.
Organic Balsamic Vinegar is available in 8.4 oz. (250ml) and 16.9 oz. (500ml) bottles.
